When Editorial, Networking or Post Production questions arise, we offer our clients 24/7 technical support either by phone or on site, depending on their specific needs.
L.A. Digital maintains an extensive staff of Avid Certified Technicians (ACSR) to help with installation, answer questions and provide technical assistance.
Additionally, L.A. Digital is an Apple Limited Service Provider (ALSP), which enables our service & support technicians to offer Apple Premier Software Support (APSS), and the Apple Protection Plan (APP) for Final Cut Pro, Xsan, Xserve and other broadcast related products.
